Job duties – Perform business intelligence analysis to support the firm’s operations. Identify andanalyze trends in the digital media industry to develop the operational strategy or supportrecommendations for action for the firm’s products: podcasts, newsletters, online courses, andone-on-one coaching. Analyze customer data in CRM software, including salesforce, MailChimp,and HubSpot to identify and monitor current or potential customer trends. Communicate withcustomers to gauge customer needs and use this information to build and develop brand loyaltystrategies.
Manage flow of information to customers utilizing the firm’s digital media products.Analyze market strategies and marketing automation of internet channels on social mediawebsites to improve and adjust company’s marketing strategies to acquire new customers.Analyze technology trends in the digital media industry to inform future product development orimprove sales of existing products. Work with firm’s accounts to review budgets, revenuestreams, financial statements, and other financial data to generate financial reports and performfinancial modeling for review by company executives. 10% domestic travel. Remote position –work from anywhere in U.S.Education required and Experience required – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrationor a related field and 3 years of experience in growth and revenue operations.Background – 3 years of experience analyzing customer data and trends with CRM technology,including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and 365, Act-On, MailChimp, and/or HubSpot.
3 yearsof experience analyzing market strategies and marketing automation of internet channels onsocial media websites utilizing YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads &AdWords, Marketo and/or Act-on Marketing Automation. 3 years of experience creating businessintelligence reports utilizing HubSpot Reports Information Builders WebFOCUS; Microsoft SQLServer Reporting Services SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, and/or SiSense Prism. 3 years ofexperience utilizing webpage and editing software including Adobe Systems AdobeDreamweaver and Google Sites and Web Platform development software. 3 years of experienceutilizing PHP, Apache Tomcat, Django, JavaScript Object Notation JSON, HTML, CSS, Macros,and/or Microsoft ASP.NET to develop marketing and operational strategies for digital mediaproducts. 3 years of experience performing workflow management utilizing Atlassian JIRA and/orHubSpot.Location – HQ: San Francisco, CA (Remote position – work from anywhere in US.)Rate of pay – $158,642 per yearHow to apply – By email to jobs@glaciergrid.com with (#GABIA) in the subject line.
