We're seeking an expert in lifecycle marketing and consumer trends, with a passion for improving financial access for underserved consumers.Key Responsibilities:Lifecycle Marketing:

  • Develop automated B2C campaign strategy to drive customer activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Manage the overall consumer marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers around seasonal holidays, trends, and retailer campaigns.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, across a variety of channels such as email, SMB, social media, and in app messaging.
  • Manage and optimize mix of promotions, messages, featured products, and retailers.

Customer Marketing Consulting:

  • Provide strategic guidance to retailers on best practices in customer marketing, particularly as it relates to promoting consumer financing.
  • Develop effective co-marketing plans to align to retailers’ seasonal marketing calendars and overall financing program goals.
  • Maintain library of best practices guides and thought leadership content to educate retailers on how to optimize the marketing impact of their consumer financing programs.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Develop vision and roadmap for the evolution of Koalafi’s customer marketing function.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, affiliate referrals, and customer lifetime value.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably within the consumer retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Proven record of designing and executing successful consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Expected Activities:

  • Create and launch multi-channel lifecycle customer marketing campaigns that increase customer lifetime value.
  • Provide consumer marketing consulting services to our retailer partners and manage effective co-marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide regular reporting and analysis of marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
