You should apply if you have:

Ability to remain ethical and objective while exercising independent judgment
Ability to work and learn independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and able to use critical thinking to determine a larger issue
Must be flexible and able to adapt to constantly changing priorities
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

You will be responsible for:

Perform legal research on UCC filings, judgments, liens, and tax obligations
File UCC-1 Financing Statements and amendments
Respond to UCC inquiries from other factoring companies
Terminate & renew UCC fillings when required
Assist customer success with completing incoming & outgoing buyouts
Maintain quality standards and confidentiality on all projects, client, and company matters
Maintain risk analysis and full due diligence review on existing customers and prospects
