We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital channels, driving revenue and business growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and strategic thinking to align with our organization's objectives. As the product owner for our website and CRM software, you’ll oversee maintenance, enhancements, and lead capture efforts while also collaborating with local and regional marketing teams to shape in-market digital strategies.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK


In this role, you will manage and optimize digital platforms, overseeing the website and CRM systems to ensure efficient lead generation and engagement. Collaborating with local and regional marketing teams, you will implement global digital strategies and drive revenue growth through ongoing improvements and performance analysis.Potential responsibilities will include:• Develop and maintain a comprehensive website strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.• Enhance user experience by optimizing navigation, content, design, and functionality.• Monitor website performance, conduct A/B tests, and provide quality assurance.• Oversee the creation, publication, and maintenance of content to drive SEO.• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure content accuracy and implement content updates.• Ensure website compliance with data privacy and accessibility standards.• Coordinate and oversee external resources, such as front-end and back-end developers, as well as advertising partners, to ensure successful project completion.• Guide strategy and implementation for digital nurture campaigns that drive sales pipeline.• Identify opportunities to automate, coordinate, and streamline email campaigns.• Manage projects from conception to completion and communicate with stakeholders.• Regularly report out on performance to show effectiveness and value of website, content & email efforts.• Directly manage centralized Marketing Coordinator, and maintain touch bases with regional and local marketing team members.

ABOUT YOU


We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in website management, digital marketing, and experience with HubSpot. Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience, along with seven or more years in the field. We're after someone who’s skilled in B2B email marketing, Google Analytics, A/B testing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization. You should be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about driving results.

Strong project management and communication skills, plus an eye for detail and a hands-on approach, will help you thrive in this role.

YOU HAVE


• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.• Minimum of 7 years in digital marketing or website management.• Proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM software for managing and reporting on email marketing efforts.• Skilled in Google Analytics for measuring and reporting on website performance.• Strong background in email marketing for B2B products.• Fluency in English and strong Polish proficiency.• Ability to legally work in Poland.
