Position Summary:


The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office logistics, and providing support to the team. This position is 100% in office in Austin, Texas. 

Responsibilities:


Office Operations:

Supervise day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.

Visitor Logistics:

Manage all visitor logistics, including hotel accommodations, schedules, parking information, and flight arrangements.

Office Supplies:

Maintain adequate levels of office supplies and equipment.

Refreshments:

Ensure a well-stocked supply of office snacks and beverages.

Support Line:

Assist in manning the support line.

Equipment Management:

Manage equipment for new hires and existing employees.

Team Building and Events:

Organize team-building activities and office events, such as happy hours and office parties.

Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment, including printers, ink, paper, and more.

Onboarding:

Prepare welcome slides for new hires.

Office Services:

Handle office building services, including mail and maintenance.

Marketing Materials:

Maintain brochures and swag to support trade shows.

Conferences:

Coordinate booth supplies for conferences.

Relocations:

Assist with any moving responsibilities.

Compliance:

Ensure the office complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Emergency Preparedness:

Develop and implement office emergency procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:


Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar roleStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in GSuite   Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
