Location: Work from Home in the Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington Metro areas + Event Travel. (Travel to Seattle and Portland Required)
IVOXY Consulting is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized multitasker to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator, with a primary focus on in-person events in the Seattle and Portland areas. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns, with a special emphasis on event logistics. Portland-based candidates are preferred. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager for most tasks and projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Assist with the logistics and execution of both virtual and in-person events, focusing on registration, vendor coordination, and communication to create seamless experiences for attendees and align events with company objectives.
- Marketing Initiatives: Support day-to-day marketing activities including content creation, lead generation, and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in providing marketing collateral and materials that support the sales team in achieving their goals.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and measure the success of events and marketing campaigns, preparing reports to analyze impact and suggest improvements.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials, maintaining excellent relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 year degree or work experience equivalent is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while thriving in team collaboration.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs in all initiatives.
- Experience planning and executing events, particularly in a B2B setting, is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
