So, what’s the role all about?
Senior Software Engineer designs, develops and maintains the NICE software platform. Key responsibilities include all tiers of the NICE technology, including design and development of NICE products and features. The Sr. Software Engineer will also mentor junior staff members and may be asked to propose cross disciplinary architectural solutions to difficult problems.
How will you make an impact?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions using Java, Springboot, Hibernate, AWS
- Strong expertise in Java programming, including understanding of multithreading concepts.
- Experience with Scala or Angular/React is a huge plus.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and data structures to ensure robust and efficient code implementation.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly AWS services such as ECS, EC2, RDBMS, Aurora, Lambda, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and propose innovative solutions.
Have you got what it takes?
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Deep experience with agile software development techniques and pitfalls.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- BE/B.Tech in computer science
- BE/ M.Tech/MBA optional
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience/knowledge of other cloud platforms will be an added advantage
