About the role:
Netradyne is searching for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager who will serve as a key leader within the organization to help build, track, execute and optimize our processes, systems, tools, campaigns and data management across marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who has built, operated, and grown modern marketing operations and understands the diverse tech stacks $150M+ ARR level companies use. We’re looking for a builder as well as an operator, someone who thinks strategically but can also execute and can drive cross-functional decision-making.Project and campaign management is a large element of this role.
Organize stakeholders and hold representatives accountable for their tasks. Scrutinize the marketing funnel, look for leaks, and constantly question and test attribution.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end systematic flow of our entire marketing engine like lead routing, scoring, data enrichment, attribution, and tracking
- Manage and establish efficient processes for our data management, integrity, and hygiene
- Constantly investigate the end-to-end campaign process and reporting and identify areas that need to be improved
- Take the lead on positioning the team operations to anticipate future growth
- Advanced Salesforce knowledge to build campaign reporting and dashboards
- Have a comprehensive understanding of advanced lead routing tools like LeanData
- Build and manage sophisticated attribution models
- Manage marketing automation technologies, experience with Pardot or Marketo preferred
- Manage audience segmentation for campaigns, email marketing, direct mail, and other marketing outreach
- Campaign creation and set-up in Salesforce, Pardot, LeanData, Qualified, Demandbase, and others, including troubleshooting and fixing data errors/issues
- Manage campaign tracking, testing, and optimization feedback flows
- Audit and monitor proper tagging for campaigns across our tech-stack
- Handle various requests from Marketing and cross-functional teams while aligning data and assets with best practices
- Support team with ad hoc campaign reporting and analysis
- Drive data quality and accuracy across all sales and marketing systems with an eye on contact and account enrichment, data governance, quality, and GDRP & CCPA compliance.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Marketing and/or Campaign Operations experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in Pardot (or comparable Marketing Automation platform) and Salesforce
- Obsesses over organization and effective project management
- Experience with building marketing attribution models preferred
- Proficiency in Excel / Google sheets
- Experience in BI tools like Tableau and data lakes
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company with the ability to articulate detailed, data-driven reasons for change
- Detail-oriented and accurate; enjoys problem-solving and being challenged
- Works well under deadlines, with the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly
- Experience and a thorough understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions; especially with marketing and sales
- Experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Strong strategic, analytical, project management, and communication skills
