We are seeking a highly talented and visionary in-house Creative Director to lead our B2B Marketing team, creative, and brand direction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative and strategic thinking, with a proven track record of developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all creative aspects of our marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.

What You’ll Do


  • Produce original designs for print, web, and interactive mediums to effectively showcase Unanet’s products, services, and events
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that supports the company's marketing objectives and enhances brand identity
  • Collaborate with the VP of Creative and other senior leaders to align creative initiatives with overall business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of contractors, copywriters, and other creative professionals
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and excellence
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the creative process
  • Determines, with Manager, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects
  • Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, video, and experiential
  • Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines, support company vision and mission, and meet high-quality standards
  • Formulates concepts and renders illustrations from models, sketches, memory, and imagination.
  • Discusses graphical designs with client and provide sample layouts for review
  • Coordinates time schedules for completion of projects
  • Works closely with outside vendors such as printers, events coordinators, and contractors

Your First 90 Days


In your first 30 days, you will become familiar with our brand, templates, guidelines, processes, and overall team structure. You’ll start working in templates and creating new content.In your first 60 days, you will begin to take ownership of creative projects from inception to completion. You will start to identify process improvements and new ways to grow and evolve our brand. You will meet with Marketing leads to learn about their creative needs and how to best partner.In your first 90 days, you will work with our Vice President of Creative to complete our brand audit.

Based on these findings, you’ll continue to develop brand evolvement. You’ll continue to take on creative projects and tasks while taking full ownership of the creative request process, work with outside vendors and contractors, and ensure full coverage of creative requests.

Who You Are


  • 8+ years of experience in Graphic Arts
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with animation and web graphic packages
  • Experience with desktop video editing tools such as premier and descript
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional creativity in terms of project conceptualization and design work

Differentiators 


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts (or similar)
  • Print management and electronic media experience

The salary range for this opportunity is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time. You will further be eligible to participate in Unanet’s employee benefits plans and programs.
