NetSuite Project Lead (Functional)
Department/Group: Cloud GroupExperience: 8+ years
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take part in and lead the process of gathering business requirements and documenting themin a Business Requirements Document (BRD). Design the overall solution for the project• Implement the designed system in NetSuite and provide support to the project team. Ensurethat the best industry practices are followed while implementing the solution• Review the solution and check its feasibility and functional fitment with NetSuite. Aligncustomer expectations with NetSuite capabilities to ensure smooth project delivery• Prepare test cases for the implemented modules, validate the deliverables before clienttesting, and follow up with clients and support for issue resolution.
Document the resolutionof issues and share them with the internal team• Interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard businessprocesses and conduct gap analysis. Suggest process improvements based on the applicationcapability and industry best practices• Provide relevant functional inputs to the technical team and support all formaldocumentation of implementation. Contribute to the training and development of the keyNetSuite team
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Good knowledge of all NetSuite modules with a strong understanding of functional processesis necessary• Demonstrated experience in converting customer business requirements into workablebusiness solutions, preferably on SaaS, is required• The candidate must have strong knowledge on NetSuite modules such as Fixed AssetManagement, Inventory Management and Advanced Revenue Management• Experience working in Agile environment and following SDLC• Ability to work in fast paced, ambiguous environment• Ability to manage various stakeholders and drive projects• Good to haveo NetSuite certificationso Understanding of other systems such as Salesforce
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelors degree in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting is preferred• A minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite with an end-to-end implementationexperience of 8 to 10 years is required.We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
