In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the development and enhancement of our DevOps products and services, focusing on delivering value to our clients through efficient development and operational processes.You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance our DevOps capabilities, ensuring seamless integration, continuous deployment, and delivery pipelines.
Your expertise will be essential in defining product roadmaps, gathering stakeholder requirements, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and methodologies in DevOps, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in product management, cloud infrastructure, or a comparable technical leadership position in a product-focused organization.
- Solid technical foundation in cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, with practical experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, and delivery within Agile frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative delivery of cloud infrastructure features.
- Practical experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog, ensuring ongoing enhancements to cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of cloud cost management principles and experience in executing cloud cost optimization initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Agile Delivery & Product Management Competencies
- Substantial experience in managing product roadmaps and facilitating Agile delivery of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Ability to decompose complex technical requirements (e.g., cloud infrastructure enhancements) into epics and user stories, and prioritize them within an Agile product backlog.
- Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence, and a proven record of utilizing Agile metrics to guarantee efficient and high-quality outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time), with a track record of promoting continuous improvement across cloud and infrastructure teams.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical cloud-related decisions into business value and conveying them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams, including cloud engineers, DevOps specialists, and software developers, within Agile frameworks.
- Proven leadership in influencing cross-functional teams, steering cloud-hosting strategies, and ensuring seamless Agile delivery.
