As an Operations Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide exceptional healthcare access. You will work closely under the direction of the Vice President, Operations Transformation to spearhead projects that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute significantly to the profitability and service excellence of our organization. Your initial focus will be on developing solutions that drive operational efficiency, optimize cost structures, and ultimately contribute to the overall profitability of the company.Key Responsibilities:
Program Management and Planning:Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans alongside the Strategy team to meet operational OKRs.Facilitate coordination, communication, and accountability among cross-functional teams.Support the COO and VP in establishing a consistent meeting and check-in rhythm to track progress.Performance Metrics: Support the establishment and monitoring of KPIs related to OKRs.Collaborate with the Business Insights team to fine-tune dashboards tracking performance metrics.Analyze data to offer actionable insights for decision-making and enhancing operational processes.Cost Structure Optimization and Continuous Improvement:Assess and analyze cost structures to identify areas for improvementAssist in developing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining service qualityHelp to drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organizationOperational InnovationStay current on market/technology trends and engage with third parties to explore and implement disruptive ideas and emerging technologies that will drive meaningful cost savings for the companyLeverage internal and external data and qualitative research to increase team member confidence in the impact of new tools and processes Advocate these solutions to SafeRide’s leadership, including the Operations Transformation Committee Required Qualifications:
- 3+ year’s experience in operations management, ideally working with senior cross functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in program management and working within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- A proactive and result-oriented approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of leveraging data for strategic decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity and fast-paced environment.
- Interest in innovation and driving operational excellence.
