You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.Responsibilities:

  • Experience Delivering Business and Systems Analyst Artifacts 
  • Agile Business Analyst; Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies  
  • Well versed with Scrum and Agile, Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies 
  • Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs
  • Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories. 
  • Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with Power BI 
  • Experience with SharePoint 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Experience with Visio
  • Experience with Creating Training Materials
  • Experience with Ivanti Service Manager or Change Management tool(i.e. ServiceNow)
  • Familiar with ITIL framework and processes
