Job Summary:
We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant (Financials) to join our Business Systems Group. As Netradyne continues its rapid growth, the development and optimization of our business systems are crucial to support this expansion. This role is essential for driving the successful implementation of NetSuite projects, particularly focusing on financial modules and Advanced Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on functional expert with strong experience in NetSuite and a proven ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate consensus, and deliver optimal solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with key end-users and business owners to align applications with standard business processes, conducting gap analysis as needed.
- Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and document them comprehensively.
- Implement the designed system in NetSuite and provide support to the project team, ensuring adherence to best industry practices.
- Review solutions for feasibility and functional fitment with NetSuite, aligning customer expectations with system capabilities for smooth project delivery.
- Prepare test cases for implemented modules, validate deliverables before business user testing, and facilitate issue resolution with business users and support.
- Recommend process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices.
- Provide functional inputs to the technical team and assist in formal documentation of implementation.
- Contribute to the training and development of the key NetSuite team members.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in NetSuite, with end-to-end involvement in over 4 implementations.
- Strong knowledge of two or more NetSuite financial modules (such as Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), etc.).
- Profound understanding of functional processes is essential.
- Proven track record in translating customer business requirements into viable solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience in configuring functional specifications in NetSuite.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and adherence to SDLC practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Good to Have:
- NetSuite certifications.
- Familiarity with other systems, such as Salesforce.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting is preferred.
