The Salesforce Functional Consultant (Project Lead) is a key role within Business Systems Group, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. The position involves solutioning multiple Salesforce projects/enhancements, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Salesforce, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive innovative solutions and achieve consensus.Roles and Responsibilities• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to address business needs, including customizations and integrations• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on Salesforce features and best practices• Manage and execute all phases of Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform• Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, proactively recommending improvements and enhancements• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the teamEssential Skills• Strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations and integrations• Deep expertise in Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, & Community cloud of Salesforce• At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Lightning• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and security settings• Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools, such as Flow and Process Builder• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices• Ability to create detailed and accurate project documentation• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SDLC processes• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentDesirable Skills• Salesforce certifications• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce REST API• Experience with data migration tools and techniquesWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
