SUMMARY:
The Project Administrator works closely with other members of the Translational Research, Laboratory Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to organize the data generated by relevant clinical and academic study activities. The successful person in this role will be well-organized, able to pay close and consistent attention to detail, and have solid administrative skills.
ELEMENTS:
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Business, Science or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience

Gathers and
prepares clinical study source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; processes clinical study source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; verifies accuracy of customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, or combining data as necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepares clinical study source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
- Processes clinical study source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data
- Prepares routine status reports as needed for clinical studies
- Prepares source data paperwork for archiving
- Tests system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes to appropriate personnel
- Ensures shipment of outgoing kits to clients in a timely manner
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Prepare agenda & minutes for internal/external project meetings as needed
- Assist with reconciliation of billable work to Finance as needed

Hourly salary $22-$26/hour
