Description
As an Enterprise SDR at FMX, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence within the enterprise market. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers within strategic accounts to introduce facilities management solutions. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Enterprise Account Executives, helping to drive revenue growth.The Enterprise SDR will get exposure to other aspects of the business, including opportunities to work with the Sales Development leadership team on messaging, flows/content, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Identify: Research and identify potential enterprise clients within FMX's target industries (e.g., K-12 education, municipalities, and Higher Education) through various channels, including social media, email, phone, events, and professional networks.
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate outbound contact with prospective customers to introduce FMX's facilities management software solutions.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery conversations to understand potential clients' operational challenges, facility management needs, and explore how FMX's solutions can help.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise leads in Salesforce and Gong Engage.
- Set Meetings: Schedule high-quality meetings for the enterprise sales team with key decision-makers at target organizations.
- Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and ensure FMX's value proposition resonates with enterprise prospects.
- Feedback Loop: Share insights from the market to help refine FMX's product positioning, messaging, and overall strategy with enterprise customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on facilities management industry trends and FMX's evolving product offerings.
- Hit or exceed 100% of your Monthly and Weekly KPIs as an individual contributor
- 200 calls per week
- 5 Meetings Held per month
- 3 Qualified Opportunities per month
- A meeting is considered to be held when a qualified prospect (see personal definitions in the SDR playbook) attends a discovery call with an AE.
- An opportunity is considered Qualified when an AE moves the opportunity from the SQL stage to the Qualified Stage (see Qualification Criteria in the handbook for more details).
- Elevate issues or questions to the SDR Manager or Director of Sales Development as necessary.
- Monitor your KPIs daily and hold yourself accountable to metrics.
- Provide input during SDR, and interdepartmental meetings.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of your territory and segments from a product, market, and business perspective.
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or related industries
- Ability to work in a team setting with new ideas populating frequently
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with enterprise-level decision-makers
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong desire to contribute to FMX’s growth

The hiring process for this role:

Compensation:
- The base salary range for this position is expected to be $65,000. This position is also eligible for uncapped commissions. On target earnings are $100,000.

The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US. Travel will be expected up to 30% of each year.
