The Opportunity:
As Shopper Marketing Manager at JuneShine Brands, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies for our portfolio of beverages across retail chains. You'll work closely with our National Accounts and Marketing teams to create impactful programs, manage budgets, and analyze ROI. This role involves crafting point-of-sale materials, running digital campaigns, and presenting to retail buyers to drive sales and brand awareness.Who You AreYou're a strategic thinker with experience in shopper marketing, preferably in the beverage or CPG industry.

You excel at communication, data analysis, and creative problem-solving. You're comfortable getting out into the trade, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your skills in creating compelling marketing materials and your knowledge of e-commerce platforms will be key. Above all, you're passionate about innovative beverages and eager to contribute to the growth of our brands.Shopper Marketing Strategy & Analysis•          Develop and execute effective shopper marketing strategies by chain with buy-in from the VP of Marketing and VP of National Accounts.•          Create individual strategies for each brand in the  JuneShine Brands portfolio: JuneShine Hard Kombucha, JuneShine RTDs, JuneShine raw Kombucha, Flying Embers, and Easy Rider.•          Report chain programming ROI to the Marketing and Sales leadership team for review of optimization measures at retail.•          Track program ROI and provide views of performance to the management team.•          Participate in sales meetings with retail buyers to communicate marketing strategy, assist in selling-in shopper marketing programs, and report back post-program performance metrics to build retail relationships and unlock further trade support.Shopper Marketing Management•          Build and manage chain budget •          Liaison between National Accounts team and Marketing team- Responsible for keeping the National Accounts team strategy aligned with internal marketing team strategy, goals, and key projects.- Voice for the National Accounts team in internal marketing conversations, pushing for initiatives that drive long-term growth of high-volume packages, enhance retail buyer (key stakeholder) relationships, promote the success of shopper marketing investments, and seamlessly translate into the retail environment.•          Act as main marketing contact for Key Account Managers/Directors.•          Create sales materials for National Accounts team, including presentation slides for program sell-in, post-program performance recaps, new opportunity probes, etc.•          Create sales materials for general sales team to educate and communicate chain shopper marketing programs to accounts and wholesalers.•          Manage e-commerce platform relationships as the main JuneShine contact, including identifying & qualifying advertising opportunities with media agencies, maintaining JuneShine e-commerce brand presence, and staying on top of business segment growth.Shopper Marketing Execution•          Manage set-up and execution of all shopper marketing programs, coordinating with the internal creative team, sales team, and managing relationships with third-party vendors as main JuneShine Brands contact.•          Manage set-up and execution of on & off premise national consumer promotions (text-to-redeems) available to National Accounts and general sales team to secure account support, drive volume, and encourage consumer engagement.POS•          Build and manage point of sale budget, IDing  the most cost-efficient + effective goods to be used by sales and field marketing.•          Main POC for POS 3rd party POS vendors.•          Build out POS strategy for always-on goods + campaign months.•          Lead development of campaign POS for campaign months, including coordination between VP of Marketing, content, creative teams, ideation and pricing with POS 3rd party, comms to sales.•          Identify key POS display needs and develop POS menu with the design team for off-premise, on-premise, and promo goods. Gen Marketing•          Email + SMS- Build and manage content calendar, work with content and design teams to align on messaging, copy, and look and feel- Execute email and SMS marketing for all  brands in the  JuneShine Brands portfolio: JuneShine Hard Kombucha, JuneShine RTDs, JuneShine raw kombucha, Flying Embers, Easy Rider- Main POC for AttentiveTrack performance & optimize, update marketing tracker and team on monthly performance•          National campaign build-out- With VP of Marketing, CMO, content, and creative teams - build national campaigns- Own consumer promotion / “hook” of campaign, and execute as main POC for  Aisle- Translate national campaigns into selling stories for chain team to leverage for promotional support during campaign months•          General Marketing Support - Support senior sales and marketing teams as needed across projectsQualifications:•          Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application•          3-5 years of experience in this or a similar role•          Interpersonal, energetic, and confident in engaging with customers •          Excellent written and verbal communication required•          Must live within the assigned territory of San Diego, CA•          Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing companyCompensation: Full-Time, Salaried ($100,000.00-$120,000.00), ExemptAdditional:•      Unlimited Paid Time Off•      Healthcare Benefits; up to 90% contribution for employees and 25% for dependent medical.
