RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Receive, inspect, diagnose and repair customer watches and clocks.
  • Resolves all customer service inquiries within assigned market, which includes correspondence with customers, Shinola customer service, and retail management.
  • Able to support business needs to accommodate holiday schedule, training, and customer needs.
  • Maintain open communication through Salesforce, Teams and Outlook with leadership and supporting departments.
  • Monthly maintenance of issued tools and machinery used for repair.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least one year of watch making or repair experience
  • Previous experience with Salesforce preferred. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organized.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
