RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, diagnose and repair customer watches and clocks.
- Resolves all customer service inquiries within assigned market, which includes correspondence with customers, Shinola customer service, and retail management.
- Able to support business needs to accommodate holiday schedule, training, and customer needs.
- Maintain open communication through Salesforce, Teams and Outlook with leadership and supporting departments.
- Monthly maintenance of issued tools and machinery used for repair.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least one year of watch making or repair experience
- Previous experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
