Higher Education Consultant - Workday Student
Position Overview

Responsibilities:
- Provide Workday implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Workday functionalities to enhance efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student, Workday Student Financials, or Financial Aid module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
- Assist in leading day-to-day activities within the client team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with the Workday Student, Student Financials, and/or Financial Aid module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student consultant.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Workday to improve and automate business processes within various higher education departments including: Registrar, Admissions, Records, Student Accounts, Financial Aid and/or Bursar.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module.
- Knowledge of student records and registrar functions, business processes, reports, and other functional areas of Student Information System (SIS).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing reports for student areas utilizing Workday.
- Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team.
- Experience leading projects and utilizing project management skills.
- Previous experience consulting leadership on best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of relational databases.
- Workday Certification
Compensation & Benefits
Our compensation package consists of salary, annual bonus, and retirement benefits. The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000 depending on individual skills and experience.
