After the events at Columbine High School and the Attack of 9/11, Status Solutions was founded in 2001 based on the belief that technology can help prevent tragedy. Company Wide Responsibilities:


·         Behaviors align with the company Mission, Vision, and Purpose as the top priority. ·         Works collaboratively with all Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network team members to ensure the customer has an exceptional experience.  ·         Has a solutions-based mindset to resolve issues with customer urgency and tact. ·         Identifies, implements, and documents innovations/efficiencies to drive better customer outcomes. ·         Effectively and efficiently communicates with team members.

·         Contributes to a positive work environment through solution-based feedback and resolutions.  ·         Achieves and exceeds target measurables assigned by their Team Lead while working collaboratively with their team to support the overall success of both Status Solutions and Status Solutions Network.·         Actively supports and advocates for all company initiatives. ·         Consistently asks questions to gauge personal understanding as well as the knowledge base of the team. ·         Takes all reasonable and necessary steps to protect the intellectual property of Status Solutions.

Requirements


·         Demonstrated history of collaboration and teamwork.·         Proven ability to achieve and exceed key performance metrics and quotas within a team environment.·         Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.·         Possesses organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to multitask.·         Exceptional ability to communicate and foster lasting business relationships with customers and business partners.·         Experience using creative approaches to challenges - be resourceful.·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.·         Ability to access any situation independently and act accordingly.·         Maintains sense of urgency in completing assignments.

·         Continuously acts as a brand ambassador for the Solutions Suite and Franchise Model.
