About this role:


A Senior Software Engineer is a key expert in the company’s engineering division, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software products. You will be responsible for designing and developing new features, be involved in regular upgrades of our tech stack, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. Working across the full stack, you will gain a deep understanding of our services and ecosystems, enabling you to make significant technical contributions. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior engineers, contributing to their professional development and growth, and fostering a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Your expertise will drive the technical direction of projects and help shape the future of our engineering practices.

About You


  • A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong professional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-time software development, including at least 1 year as a Senior Software Engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing SaaS applications in PHP.
  • Proficiency in software development fundamentals, OOP, RDBMS, and SQL
  • Experience in supporting and mentoring junior engineers, with a positive, can-do attitude
