Become an integral part of our journey, and together, we'll achieve great things.We are currently seeking a Computer System Analyst to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Bremerton, Washington.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage IT Purchase Requests (ITPRs) for software and hardware.• Troubleshoot CAD/CAM software issues. • Install and manage software licenses from the network.• Troubleshoot connections between tools and computers.• Manage Change Control Boards (CCBs) for evaluating new software.• Perform ACAS scanning and test new software.• Download patches for software updates.• Generate reports using Splunk.• Create reports using Power BI and develop applications with Power Apps.• Provide administrative access to CMDNet clients for software installation and troubleshooting.• Utilize CMDPrompt and PowerShell for software and policy updates.• Develop Desk Guides for new processes.• Collaborate within a team environment for ticket resolution.• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NMCI, particularly for CAD/CAM software troubleshooting.• Assemble computers for customers.• Assess the necessity of PIT systems.• Configure user accounts and install software and hardware.• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software installations.• Manage equipment inventory.• Conduct ACAS scans and update systems and software.• Assist in developing customer solutions.• Manage ITPRs related to PIT systems.• Apply policies and STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) to PIT systems.• Deploy and verify functionality of PIT systems.• Operate within the Windows 10 OS environment.• Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions.• Maintain communication with Branch Managers, Team Leads, and Customers.• Set and manage expectations effectively.• Provide support across various Branch activities as needed.This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.
Qualifications:
• Comptia Security+ Certification• 6 months to a year of Customer support experience.• 6 months to a year of general IT experience.• Familiarity with windows 10 operating systems
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
