Our business development team is responsible for continuously staying connected with our network as people change careers and companies. They are also responsible for identifying and forging new relationships via referral – to expand our network and connect with like-minded engineering leaders. The primary goal is to identify new opportunities within companies we have not yet partnered with.
Job Description
- Map the Integrant network or community of contacts, track movement of people, identify new stakeholders and relationships.
- Understand our personas, core services, and sales objectives to prioritize daily and weekly efforts to connect with new prospective customers.
- Build a strategy to stay-in-touch and be relevant with our network and community.
- Ability to accurately qualify prospective customers and opportunities.
- Work closely with SMEs (Subject Matter Expert) and pre-sales support engineers to build and execute a strategy to close new opportunities.
- Work with finance to advise on pricing strategy.
- Ability to work within a consultative, high price point, service-based, and long sales cycle
- Monitor and plan sales activities consistently and update sales pipeline reports accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development
- Previous experience in a software development, tech services, and B2B.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- Travel a minimum of 25% within US
