Tahzoo is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing marketing operations, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM management, campaign execution, segmentation, and content management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our marketing efforts are executed flawlessly, driving engagement, and contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the HubSpot CRM system
  • Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HubSpot to support marketing and sales initiatives
  • Plan, execute, and monitor all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, workflows, and automation sequences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and business goals
  • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics effectively
  • Implement personalization rules to deliver tailored content and messaging across various marketing channels
  • Use segmentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates
  • Update and manage content within the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on HubSpot CRM management
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign execution, and segmentation strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with standing up landing pages or microsites
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range: $75,000-100,000Compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.
