This individual will tackle complex challenges with scalable, growth-oriented solutions. We are in search of someone who is passionate about optimizing our Salesforce instance with a long-term perspective, collaborating closely with our cross-functional, customer-facing stakeholders.As Classy supports thousands of nonprofit organizations in their online fundraising endeavors and aims to extend its services to thousands more, this role within our team is pivotal in fulfilling our mission to mobilize and empower the world for good.
The Job…
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Administer and support the company's Salesforce platform, including but not limited to user management, security settings, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.
- Oversee integrated applications within the Salesforce ecosystem, and create comprehensive documentation to support ongoing maintenance.
- Provide end-user training and support, troubleshooting issues and assisting with user adoption.
- Document system configuration, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, focusing on scalability to align with our company-wide growth objectives.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- C1 fluency or higher in English required
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and collaborate laterally and upwards.
- Fluency with declarative process automation including Flow, Process Builder, and Validation rules
- Knowledge of managing/troubleshooting Managed Packages/Integrations
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Aura Components, and/or Lightning Web Components is helpful, but not required
