Account Executive


Remote- ATL, GA


PVM, Inc is actively seeking an experienced Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of client needs to deliver tailored solutions and achieve customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical competency and ability to demo, discuss, and propose technical solutions at the business-level on technologies for which we provide services.
  • Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and referrals to expand business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to showcase solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools to ensure transparency and effective planning.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. 

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Background experience in healthcare/sciences
  • Previous experience working with government entities is a plus
  • Technical Sales or Business Development background highly preferred
  • Must have ability to obtain a Public Trust background clearance

  • This position may potentially require a government clearance up to TS/SCI for future efforts.

Education:


  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus

Tools:


  • Working experience with a CRM (preferably Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with government forecasting and opportunity search websites and tools.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Office, SharePoint), BambooHR, Harvest
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools is a plus
  • Palantir Technologies (Foundry) experience a plus

Salary: $100,000- $165,000
