Summary/Objective
The Fulfillment Team Member assists the Fulfillment Squad Leaders in completing the mission provided by Grunt Style. Team members are detail oriented and have better than average coordination to operate equipment and ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders being shipped. They must have the good judgment to perform complicated tasks and must be able to work closely with other team members without constant supervision. Skilled fulfillment team members are constantly alert and observant of their surroundings.

Job Duties:
- Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance; determine the most economical and efficient shipping method; selects appropriate shipping container; packs items to ensure safe delivery.
- Check items to be shipped against invoices to ensure that quantity, destination, and routing is all correct.
- Sort, count, package, label, unpack, and/or log inventory which is shipped.
- Track inventory and communicate inventory needs with production.
- Pick orders for shipping accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inspect and pack orders that have been picked and are ready to ship.
- Meet shipping goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Cleaning and Restocking areas assigned.
- Organizing carts.
- Perform additional duties, as necessary.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, or G.E.D. certificate.
- Some fulfillment experience, preferable

Work Environment
This job operates in a warehouse setting with no air conditioning.

- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is high.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that requires some weekend work. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1st Shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 2nd Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
