The Opportunity
The System Analyst will work closely with our Senior CRM Systems Manager to support and maintain our Customer Relationship Management and Email Management Systems. They will interact with both internal and external stakeholders acting as a bridge between business end-users and technical systems and processes. In addition, they will be responsible for assisting with maturing our software development life cycle process in helping implement projects like database integration, interfaces, system migrations and new functionality enhancements.
A highly driven, self-starter, they will help troubleshoot and resolve technical disruptions in business operations. The successful candidate will be organized, with the ability to prioritize work on their own. They should be able to work independently, and also be an empathetic communicator, both written and verbal. Our next Systems Analyst will also be an analytical thinker who wants to learn and enjoys interacting with stakeholders to maintain relationships.
General Responsibilities
- Interacting with stakeholders (internal and external)
- Analyzing business processes and data requirements
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical business operation disruptions
- Developing and supporting software processes, including database integration, interfaces, system migrations and new functionality enhancements
- Technical discovery and documentation
Qualifications
- Mid-level SQL experience
- Experience providing technical solution architecting
- Familiarity with debugging code
- Ability to diagnose software issues
- Fundraising CRM experience is a huge plus
- Experience with repositories and development protocols
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
