Clarity Partners is seeking a Project Coordinator local to Chicago, IL on a client facing project. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the TechCo Community and the Field Support Services (FSS) teams. This position will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including managing communication channels, updating documentation, and assisting with event planning and content creation. Project duration is expected to last seven months, extension possible.

This position will report in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the FSS & TechCoCommunity mailbox, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries. 
  • Assist FSS teams in updating point of contact change documents and technician change documentation. 
  • Communicate with FSS teams regarding account access and other relevant information. 
  • Provide support in approving Purchase Orders.
  • Assist with planning TechCo events, including TechCo Day and the End of Year Celebration. 
  • Manage content for monthly TechCo webinars, assist with follow-up questions, and contribute to TechCo committee discussions. 
  • Update the TechCo webpage, identify content contributors, and collaborate with them to ensure relevant and informative content. 
  • Assist in developing a communication plan to promote the updated TechCo webpage. 
  • Other duties as needed to support a successful rollout of the FSS and TechCo program.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to take clear and concise notes during meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Proficient in Google Chrome (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc.) 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheets,ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry or educational technology is preferred.
