Clarity Partners is seeking a Project Manager local to Chicago, IL on a client facing project. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of a 16-week pilot program for the Shared Services Model. This role will involve creating a project scope, identifying key stakeholders, and overseeing the rollout of the model. Project duration is expected to last seven months, extension possible. This position will report in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive 16-week pilot plan for the Shared Services Model.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
- Establish timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Identify key stakeholders involved in the Shared Services Model.
- Establish communication channels and engagement strategies.
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in the pilot program.
- Develop guidelines for collaboration and decision-making.
- Establish a reporting structure for the pilot program.
- Determine reporting frequency and communication channels.
- Anticipate and address potential challenges throughout the pilot program.
- Develop strategies for resolving issues and ensuring program success.
- Conduct a comprehensive evaluation at the conclusion of the pilot program.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and analyze program outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommendations for full-scale implementation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of related experience is required, with a preference for candidates having at least five years of demonstrated experience in Project Management and Information Technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on pilot programs and process improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with shared services models or service delivery optimization is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.,Smartsheets,ServiceNow).
- Proficient in Google Chrome (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, etc.).
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of organizational change management.
- Experience in conducting evaluations and analyzing data.
