ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Strong expertise in analyzing large datasets using SQL/Python/R/Tableau and other statistical analysis packages.
  • Design and implement credit/pricing tests to drive credit optimization and measure price elasticity.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement analytical solutions into production.
  • Develop tracking dashboards with high level of accuracy to analyze portfolio performance, price elasticity, and yield impact, enabling swift business decisions.
  • Utilize MySQL, Domo, Tableau, or other data management or database systems to drive data-centric strategic solutions to management inquiries.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring credit facility and securitization reporting and compliance materials with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and aid in the development of data packages and ad-hoc deliverables.
  • Assist in the production of concise and accurate investor materials - develop automated reports with high level of accuracy on an ongoing basis.
  • Automate, set up controls and run accurate investor data packages and data reports, as necessary.
  • Focus on portfolio performance and investor data requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelors in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, etc.). Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an analytically driven role. 1+ years of credit risk management experience preferred.
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills and prior experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated skill and experience with Python, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and sit for a minimum of 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee is required to talk or hear with or without reasonable accommodation and must sometimes lift and move up to 10 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the logistics duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moderate noises such as computers, printers, and other light traffic noise in an office setting.
This role is in-office.  Remote work may be performed from a pre-approved location, as arranged, and scheduled by team management and approved by department leadership.
