Service Desk Technician/MacOS Administrator (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Intevity is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team in Arlington, VA. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a hybrid environment, providing technical support and system administration services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Responsibilities: - Manage MacOS environment using Jamf for configuration and deployment - Perform system administration tasks for various applications including Jamf, Jamf Protect, Cloudflare, Microsoft O365, Atlassian, Keeper, etc. - Utilize Jira for internal ticket tracking and collaborate with DISA Global Service Desk and JSP (Joint Service Provider) service desk to resolve tickets - Utilize ServiceNow for external tracking and ticket resolution - Implement and maintain application lifecycle management processes

Qualifications: - Active Top Secret clearance is required - Must meet DOD 8570 Level 2 requirements - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical support role - Proficiency in MacOS administration or Linux administration - Strong knowledge of Windows Operating system administration - Experience with Bash scripting for system and application management - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
