A highly entrepreneurial organization that embraces a strong service-based culture. We are looking for an Operations & Treasury Analyst to join our team.
The Analyst’s main responsibility will be to provide Middle Office expertise and support with respect to the firm’s investments in a diverse portfolio of fixed income securities. The individual will work in partnership with the Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Portfolio Analytics teams to perform key responsibilities included below.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsibilities will include trade settlement, margin processing, and trade and position reconciliations for fixed income securities, including mortgage-backed securities, CLOS, corporates, mortgage loans, and derivatives.
  • Primary liaison with counterparties and clients for settling transactions.
  • Manage leverage facilities and relationships with counterparties.
  • Treasury management for our mutual funds, private funds, UCITS and separately managed accounts, including cash reconciliations, projections, and wires.
  • Capital markets operations for issued securitizations.
  • Compile and distribute daily and/or monthly reporting.
  • Provide support for business development efforts. Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to complete ad hoc and ongoing special projects.
  • Capture and organize data for ongoing systems enhancements. Improve standing business processes and systems using technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in bank, asset management, or mortgage operations.
  • Fixed income, structured products, or operations knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced knowledge of functions.
  • Significant client interaction requiring strong verbal and written communication skills..

Preferred, but not required:


  • Relevant experience with residential and/or commercial mortgage loans.
  • Bloomberg AIM and/or TOMS experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of macros (VBA), Python, or other coding language.
