With this growth, we have an opportunity for a Trust Accounting Clerk. This position is in office.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains clients enrolled in the Autopay program by entering data accurately into multiple databases
- Complete ACH mismatch reports and NSF reports
- Review and make decisions on clients' accounts concerning overages/short payments
- Post client payments and enter creditor refunds
- Scanning checks or reports
- Retrieve cleared check copies and forward by email / fax to creditors
- Outbound calls to clients in regards to Autopay
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Strong data entry skills and accuracy with numbers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments based on deadlines
