Partner Manager, Agencies
As a Partner Manager, Agencies at Kajabi you are responsible for building and nurturing relationships with agency partners to help them leverage Kajabi’s platform for their clients. This role focuses on agency recruitment, growth enablement, and driving revenue through co-marketing and co-selling efforts with partners. You will be the point of contact for agency partners, helping them integrate Kajabi into their service offerings and accelerate the success of both their business and ours. The role will report to our
Director of Community and Partnerships.
The Impact you will make
- Agency Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners to grow their use of Kajabi. Support partners with training, product knowledge, and resources.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by helping agencies promote and implement Kajabi’s platform for their clients. Manage a pipeline of agency opportunities and oversee joint sales efforts to meet targets.
- Strategic Partnership Planning: Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans that align with Kajabi’s growth objectives. Lead co-marketing initiatives and enable partners to grow their client base using Kajabi.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track and report on partner performance, ensuring alignment with Kajabi’s goals. Use data insights to optimize partnership strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) to align on partner strategies, events, and resources.
- Partner Enablement: Provide ongoing support to agency partners, helping them maximize their use of Kajabi’s features and grow their business. Lead training sessions and offer best practices.
- Events & Travel: Represent Kajabi at partner and industry events, including conferences and meetups. Travel as necessary to strengthen relationships and build new ones.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in partnerships, account management, or business development, ideally within the SaaS or creator economy space.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and externally with partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion, meeting revenue and growth targets.
- Experience with agency models, digital marketing, or online business tools is a plus.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic decisions.
- Willingness to travel to meet with partners and attend events.
- Act as a liaison between teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- The ability to travel to our headquarters in Newport Beach, CA on a monthly basis for in person collaboration.

One-On-One Process
The
Partner Manager, Agencies
will meet weekly with the Director of Community & Partnerships to catch up and discuss their role. The goal of these meetings is to identify areas where the company and individuals can improve, what areas they’re needing more guidance on, and where the Kajabi leadership team can lend time or resources to help meet goals. It’s also a time to discuss specific expectations and discuss any areas of concern you may have about your job or your team.
Pay Range
$120,000—$160,000 + equity + bonus
