As an Accounting Manager in our Accounting Department,
you’ll join a dynamic team, playing a key role in managing full-cycle Accounts Payable and ensuring accurate, timely financial transactions. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining vendor relationships, supporting month-end close, and contributing to financial reporting and analysis. Collaborating closely with the Controller, you’ll uphold internal controls, assist with special projects, and help drive financial efficiency in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do:


  • Process high-volume PO and Non-PO invoices, intercompany payables, and handle ACH, wire, and credit card payments.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and perform cash outflow reporting to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with the EOM close process, including booking journal entries and balance reconciliations.
  • Support inventory analysis, including cycle counts and physical inventory verification.
  • Prepare expense and PO analysis, weekly A/R reporting, and assist with billing as needed.
  • Work with the Controller to ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in developing procedures.
  • Contribute to ad hoc and special projects under the direction of the Controller.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:


  • Bachelor’s degree accounting, finance, or related field required.
  • Five (5) or more years’ experience in accounting within a manufacturing company.
  • Strong full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with internal controls and compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation:


Salary range between $80,000 - $95,000 Compensation will be determined by a number of factors including educational background and experience.
