As a Human Resources Assistant II, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR consulting firm and clients through project management, document proofing, data entry, and administrative tasks, while handling incoming communications.   • Answeranddirectincomingcalls,andcommunications(emails,requests).
  • Maintainfiling/scanningofHR-relateddocumentsasassigned.
  • AssistHRTeam withvarious HRtasks,includingpreparationfortrainingsessionsandnew hire orientations/onboarding, gathering training materials, and completing paperwork.
  • Various projectworksuchas dataentry, creating/runningreports,updatingjobdescriptions,and assisting with audits.
  • Benefit  support work, including processing enrollment forms and auditing eligibility

reports/invoices.

  • Assistthetalentacquisitionteamwithscreening,scheduling,andreviewingresumes.
  • Provideteamsupportwithresearch,coordinatingmeetings,andadministrativetasks.

  • HighSchoolDiploma(orequivalent)
  • TwoormoreyearsofdemonstratedHumanResourcesorrelatedexperience
  • Flexibilitytoadapttoachangingenvironment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to timely resolutions
  • Excellenttimemanagementandinterpersonalskills
  • Detail-orientedteamplayer whocanhandlemultipleprojectsinadynamicsetting
  • Strongproficiencyin MicrosoftOffice(MAC &PC)andinternetapplications
  • Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytowork independentlyand collaborativelyinateam
  • Outstandingcustomerserviceskills
