You will help
develop and implement a vision
for the next iteration of Dwollaâs customer relationship management (CRM) tool ecosystem in support of company growth. đAs a Salesforce Administrator II at Dwolla, your primary responsibility will be to support business innovation through the
delivery of Salesforce-related functionality and data analysis
. You will focus on
configuring the Salesforce environment, creating reports, and providing services
to Dwolla employees. Youâll also work hands-on with the latest Salesforce technologies including new AI offerings.
How do our Salesforce Administrators spend their time?
You can expect to spend about 50% of your time building and improving functionality within the Salesforce platform and about 20% of your time working with stakeholders on new requests. Additionally, roughly 20% of your time will be spent creating and updating internal documentation and business processes. Lastly, youâll spend about 10% on project planning using Agile methodologies. Â

Whatâs expected of a Salesforce Administrator II at Dwolla?
- Create new documentation for additional implementations and revise any documentation after improvements are made
- Apply best practice knowledge to assess areas of improvement and increase automation
- Customize Salesforce setup, with guidance from key stakeholders, to align with business and sales processes
- Perform data validation and hygiene
- Articulate data requirements and data quality standardsÂ
- Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches and implementations
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the Salesforce platform while driving for âout of the boxâ solutions and articulating pros/cons of customizationsÂ
- Deliver optimal and scalable solutions with best practice
What are the qualifications for this position?
- Bachelorâs degree or 3 years professional experience
- 3-year working with Salesforce
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred
- Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce LightningÂ
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce cloud paradigms, inherent risks, and appropriate deployment strategies
- Good understanding of SF Reporting and Dashboard capabilities
- Experience working with SF Data Tools like Data Loader
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Understanding of project management principles and agile methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
$66,800 - $125,100 a yearDwolla anticipates the salary range for this position is between $66,800 - $125,100. We want to emphasize that compensation decisions are dependent on a number of candidate-specific factors such as relevant work experience, education, licensure/certifications, geographic location, etc and the salary awarded will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition, Dwolla offers a comprehensive benefits package as outlined below.
