Document Crunch is seeking a

Sr.


Product Marketing Manager to join our amazing, tight-knit team. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for spearheading post-product development marketing efforts for our Project Solutions product line. You will be the “voice of the customer” with a deep understanding of their business challenges, needs, and drivers. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with colleagues in sales, product, and marketing to define, reach, and influence target buyer personas. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the story of how our evolving solution creates value for customers, and make an impact on how we build, sell and market Document Crunch going forward.

Be the bridge between our product and go-to-market teams to ensure all team members are aligned on product value, messaging and customer needs, in addition to spearheading all sales-related product training and enablement.

Requirements


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop clear and persuasive product messaging and craft compelling value propositions tailored to various stakeholders that highlights the unique value of Document Crunch’s products.
  • Own Document Crunch’s narrative and ensure our differentiated value is communicated consistently across all touchpoints (e.g., sales materials, website, advertising, conferences, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates. Ensure successful product launches by managing marketing efforts and sales enablement activities.
  • Develop marketing materials and deliver presentations that drive results, including pitch decks, case studies, battle cards, webinars, and product videos.
  • Provide sales and customer success teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects and customers. Partner with sales to create and support plays with messaging, sales tools and training.
  • Meet with customers to develop a deep understanding of their goals and needs and communicate their feedback across product and GTM teams and find opportunities to tell their stories.
  • Continue to understand and develop our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target personas. Partner with product and marketing management to execute research on our ICP. Translate that research into actionable customer intelligence for use by sales and marketing.
  • Work closely with the product team to understand the product vision and develop and share the product roadmap. Act as a liaison between the product team and the GTM teams.
  • Capture market intelligence, including competitive landscape, buyer personas, customer research, and emerging trends. Help internal teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, CS) leverage this research to inform their work.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Deep experience in developing value-based positioning and messaging
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise messaging that is compelling and easy to understand.
  • Outstanding written and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product differentiationExceptional relationship-building skills, and proven ability to align with multiple stakeholders to achieve consensus and move projects forward
  • A creative mindset and passion for uncovering new growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Construction technology experience

  • While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in our Hub locations to better facilitate in-person meetings. get-togethers and team-building.
