We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Retail CommUnity Associate to join our New Orleans Pack and be a part of our growing Retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-profile location with significant engagement with the corporate team.

Position Overview:


CommUNITY Retail Specialists are an integral part of our Greyson Pack! This position works directly with our clientele and will be responsible for providing an exemplary client experience focused on personal styling, relationship building, and sharing product knowledge. A genuine passion for the brand and customer service is a must!

Location:


Grand Rapids Wolf Den. Team members may occasionally be invited to offer support at other Greyson locations or events. 

Duties & Responsibilities:


● Welcome customers to the store and build genuine relationships to identify customer needs.● Provide product knowledge to our clients regarding the products and services we offer.● Monitor inventory to ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and merchandised at all times.● Enter and process customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.● Investigate and resolve customer complaints.● Support the operational needs of the business.● High level of dependability and punctuality-arrive to work on time and sales floor ready.

Experience & Skills Requirements:


● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment● Ability to build rapport with customers● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
