Customer Solutions Manager
Internal Posting Only. The Customer Solutions Manager holds a one-of-a-kind role within the Zymewire brand – they are a shepherd for both clients and colleagues, tasked with helping to solve existing clients' new and emerging pain points.
How?
- Proactively engage Customer Success Managers with market and account level signals with the objective of collaborating on a path forward to engage and educate clients on product features and functionality
- Participate in all existing client (outside the top 10 MRR generating accounts) expansion related activities (moving forward) as they pertain to key lifecycle events: refresher calls, renewals, QBRs or business reviews, etc.
- Streamline the prioritization of expansion opportunities within the existing client base
- Consult with CSMs to ensure the timely conversion of qualified expansion opportunities
- Develop and demonstrate a broad knowledge of Zymewire products via executing customer expansion playbooks and prospecting
- Partner with CSMs to devise account plans, long-term goals, and client strategies; and with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and secure long-term commitments
- Spread commercial sales knowledge to the far corners of the Customer Success team
What you will need?
- 2+ years of SaaS experience in a quota-carrying commercial sales role
- Track record of consistently meeting quota
- Competitive and creative drive to solve client pains and think outside the box to get a deal done
- Demonstrated ability to run a sales discovery, demo, and run a structured sales process
- Proven success building and maintaining long-term relationships - both internally and externally
- Highly effective communicator and collaborator – able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the company
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; great follow-through on projects/tasks big and small
- High integrity; enthusiastic about building a great company for the long term
Compensation Overview

- If you hold a current commercial position, your existing efforts will be paid out as per your existing incentive compensation plan
- Mechanics
- Quota: $3K MRR (all expansions are affiliated with this individual)
- Opportunity creation (bonus component)
- Revenue generation (commission component)
- Comp = base + (opp creation bonus + closed-won MRR commission) + (M13 + existing pipe closed-won MRR)
