About the role:
As aAutomation Tester, you will analyze test results and coordinate with the development teams for bug fixes. Analyze the underlying causes of performance issues and provide corrective action. Develop an automated test scenario and environment for performance testing. Review and recommend improvements in existing test procedures. Coordinate with the testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.Research issues in software through testing to validate feedback, response time, & error code.Design and develop test automation scripts to create, enhance, debug, and run test cases.
What we are looking for:
- Three plus years of relevant hands-on experience
- Experience with some of the following: Java, React, Angular, Gitlab, RHEL, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr & Python
- Must be able to use all web methods like GET, PUT, POST, DELETE etc.
- Must be able to validate xml and json body using json parser
- Know how to use the OAuth and OAuth2 authentication mechanisms
- Experience Loading and Security testing on web services
- Experience designing and developing test automation scripts to create, enhance, debug, and run test cases
- Familiar with test automation guidelines
- Willing and able to obtain SAFe for Teams, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Agile Technical Tester, & Implementing Test Process Improvement certifications within a year of starting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, a Master's degree is a plus
- Obtain CompTIA Security+ or other DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification within the first 90 days of employment with Raft
Highly preferred:
- SAFe for Teams, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, Agile Technical Tester, & Implementing Test Process Improvement certifications
- Good problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret security clearance

- Hybrid - Colorado Springs, CO
- May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range:
- $95,000 - $140,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
