Your Role


The Manager, Talent Development, will work closely with the Vice President of Talent Development to implement strategic learning initiatives that promote employee growth and align with our organizational goals. You will design, develop, and deliver education and development solutions that increase the skills, knowledge, abilities, and growth of employees at every level of the company. Additionally, you will collaborate with Human Resources and other internal teams to ensure the success of training programs and contribute to creating a continuous learning culture.

Your Responsibilities 


  • Creating high-quality training programs, including eLearning and instructor-led sessions, using tools such as Articulate and Camtasia.
  • Partnering with internal subject matter experts and external vendors (as needed) to develop content aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Conducting instructor-led training using a variety of techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, and group discussions.
  • Utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS), including creating content and serving as a backup administrator, and promoting the adoption and impact of the LMS throughout our organization.
  • Conducting needs assessments and skill gap analysis to design targeted training programs.
  • Gathering feedback and analyzing training effectiveness, continuously improving the quality of our training offerings.
  • Developing strategies to promote a culture of continuous learning, including implementing effective communication programs, recognizing employee achievements, and encouraging participation.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in adult learning and development, talent management, or a related field
  • Proficient in delivering learning programs and initiatives, including leading a full training cycle (i.e., identifying training needs, designing training, developing curriculum, creating collateral, conducting training, and evaluating training effectiveness).
  • Experience using eLearning content development tools (Articulate is a plus) and video/audio editing tools such as Camtasia and Snagit 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels; Advanced writing skills to author high-quality instructional content and deliverables.
