The Job
Flo is a rapidly growing product, and its growth is mainly driven by data-informed decisions. The mission of the Core Analytics team is to ensure that all decisions are supported by consistent and just-in-time data, different analytical teams are aligned in their methods, and tools evolve to speed up working with data on all levels.Data analysts in the Core team conduct research of their own that impacts many of the teams and supports high-level decisions.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Modelling growth in terms of both revenue and users, looking for the best user segmentation to understand retention and conversion funnels
- Presenting findings to both your peers and analytics and business leaders, ensuring that insights are incorporated into decisions and further research
- Actively looking for ways to improve BI and data architecture
- Prioritizing projects for analytics engineers
- Unifying methodology (i.e., for conducting A/B experiments) and making sure best practices are adopted
Your Experience
Must have:
- At least 8+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analysis
- Extensive experience with A/B testing, excellent knowledge of statistics for A/B testing
- Advanced SQL
- Solid experience in data visualization in Looker / Tableau or similar tools
- Great presentation skills
- Experience in subscription business
Nice to have:
- Python for data analysis
- Experience in mentoring other analysts
- Experience in evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
- Experience in working with Looker as BI analyst
Salary range for this role in London, UK starts from GBP 100,000 grossRanges may vary depending on your skills, competencies and experience.
