We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- - Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- - Process payments and manage cash transactions
- - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- - Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- - 3+ years of experience in food service, preferably in a high-volume environment
- - Experience in hotel or private membership settings preferred
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- - Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- - Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- - CA Responsible Beverage Server Certification
- - Proficiency in POS systems
Physical Demands:
- - Ability to stand for extended periods
- - Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
