It is our mission to solve care for good.The role of the Strategic Sales Enablement Marketing Lead:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales Enablement Marketing Lead to grow our government program.

This role is crucial in ensuring the successful rollout and adoption of our childcare programs among our government clients and their communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, with experience in sales enablement through their content writing, design, and other sales enablement material.Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Strategy:


  • Sales Enablement Material Development: Envisioning engaging and effective sales enablement materials, including presentations, PDFs, and other collateral that support the sales process and drive lead conversion.
  • Creative Content Writing: Draft compelling content that communicates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience, leveraging tools like AI to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Client Engagement and Conversion:


  • Lead Conversion Strategies: Analyze current processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and propose targeted changes to enhance conversion rates.
  • Proactive Content Auditing: Actively listen in on demo calls and audit customer journeys to identify areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients.

Graphic Design and Visual Communication:


  • Visual Content Creation: Leverage foundational design skills to craft engaging graphics and visual content that clearly convey key messages. Coordinate with the design team to enhance and finalize the content, ensuring it aligns with high-quality standards for impactful sales presentation.

Independent Strategy and Alignment


  • Team Alignment: Partner with business development representatives to understand their requests and proactively address needs, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Feedback Loop Establishment: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights, using this feedback to continuously refine and improve marketing materials and strategies.

Market Research and Insights:


  • Industry Trend Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes, using insights to refine content and marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns, using data to inform ongoing improvements and adjustments.

You'll excel at this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing, specifically focused on sales enablement. You should have a solid track record of creating effective materials that help drive sales success.
  • Strong project management skills that allow you to juggle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must! You enjoy building relationships and can clearly articulate complex ideas and make them easy to understand.
  • You have a scrappy, creative mindset that relishes tackling challenges head-on. You’re not afraid to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions.
  • You’re excited about working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You embrace change and are eager to strategize and implement new processes that enhance our effectiveness.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing in the marketing field. You stay curious about industry trends and are always looking for ways to improve your skills and knowledge.
