You excel at analyzing campaign performance, synthesizing insights, and communicating results that align with marketing objectives and business goals. You have developed skills in content strategy, search engine optimization, marketing data analytics, and marketing automation.
You are a key driver, ensuring that digital efforts lead to meaningful, measurable outcomes for our clients. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally while owning digital strategy execution, consistently driving impactful results.AS A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, A TYPICAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS::
- Help a Digital Marketing Associate troubleshoot a workflow issue in HubSpot
- Design a product launch marketing campaign and send a blueprint to the strategist for review, focusing on how the campaign will drive client KPIs.
- Prepare a Client Impact Report for a monthly performance review, translating data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Conduct a website audit across multiple channels (organic search, paid media, social media) and present insights to the client team on improving performance.
- Work with the Development team to resolve website issues, informing the client on both the fix and its broader impact.
- Work with the Paid Media Manager to ensure conversions are set up properly and UTM codes are accurately tracked for clear performance reporting.
- Track website performance in Google Analytics, sharing insights with internal teams and clients to drive future decisions.

TO LAND THIS GIG YOU NEED:
- Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and paid social platforms.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
- Strong ability to synthesize campaign data into actionable insights and communicate the business impact of those insights to clients.
- Specific examples of your “grit” and “critical thinking”. Without these, you will not survive at a marketing agency.
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with a proven ability to drive business outcomes.
