HVAC Construction Manager

 We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team at Charlotte Mechanical. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction management for our Multi-family construction projects. 

Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee all HVAC construction projects from start to finish.- Ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeline and budget.- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards.- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.- Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.- Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are met on all job sites in coordination with Safety Manager.- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.Requirements

Requirements:


- Extensive experience in Construction Management or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project management.- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
