In this role, you will oversee the creation of our core online training systems, empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to succeed in their work environments. You will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, driving solutions that address real-world challenges and enhance client outcomes. Requirements

About You:


You are a seasoned software engineer and manager with a passion for coaching and mentoring others. You embody our core values, are humbly confident, and understand the importance of the first team. Your qualifications include:

  • 5 - 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Experience mentoring, coaching and evaluating the performance of other engineers
  • Familiarity with Agile and Sprint Planning techniques
  • Hands-on coder, with the ability to write clear, concise, coherent code

Your Impact:


As a Software Engineering Manager, you manage project goals, contribute to product strategy, and foster the growth and development of your team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide clarity, support, the organization of resources, and positive influence — with regular reflection — to make accountability achievable.
  • Devise plans to meet business objectives, enforce code quality and consistency, and manage escalations
  • Provide a technical vision and mentoring that up-levels the engineering team.
  • Coordinate releases, demos, and training.
  • Propose technical solutions that solve business problems, communicate and mitigate risks, and own the technical documentation
